The material diverts sweat away from the body, so you are kept dry and comfortable during your training. In addition the jacket has low weight, as well as an adapted ergonomic fit, so it is incredibly comfortable to wear. It is both wind and water resistant, but this does not hurt the super good ventilation. This makes it the ideal jacket for a training session in rainy conditions.
